Mechanism is not outcome
Supplement marketing often moves quickly from a biological mechanism—such as appetite signaling, thermogenesis or nutrient metabolism—to a promised real-world outcome. That leap needs evidence.
Four evidence checks
Ingredient
Is the studied substance actually the same form used in the product?
Dose
Is the amount comparable to research, or is it undisclosed?
Population
Were study participants similar to the people the marketing targets?
Outcome
Was the result clinically meaningful, or merely a small biomarker change?
What this means for KeySlim
The merchant cites research around individual ingredients. That can inform ingredient-level questions, but it does not by itself establish a specific outcome for the finished proprietary product.
